Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

Denise is an East Coast transplant and graduate of Arizona State University’s Anthropology Program with a focus on Disease, Wellness and Human Culture. She continued her education at Portland State University and received a Social Service Competency Based Training Certificate. QMHA-R Certified. Denise has dedicated 25 years to working in the Rogue Valley assisting low income, at-risk teens and families with children in overcoming obstacles to gain self-sufficiency and balanced lives. Currently serving as the Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager with the Maslow Project, partnering with Jackson County Housing Authority and Oregon Department of Human Services Self Sufficiency. Denise works closely with recently housed, formerly homeless clients and their families to gain skills, independence and self-sufficiency. Denise has an interest in a healthy environment and is creating bat, butterfly and bee habitats on her rural acreage.
