I currently work as the HR Business Partner, supporting the Southern Oregon Service area with Providence Health and Services.  I hold an undergraduate degree in Business Administration as well as a graduate degree in Management and Leadership. My journey in HR has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences, a love for people, and a commitment to excellence. After several years in business operations, I began my career in Human Resources in 2015 with a non-profit mental health organization. It was there that I learned the importance of cultivating supportive and compassionate workplaces, where employee well-being is at the forefront. This experience instilled in me the belief that when employees are nurtured, organizations thrive.

Outside of my professional commitments, my partner and I are avid travelers. We seize every opportunity to explore new places and immerse ourselves in different cultures. We call Southern Oregon home, along with our three rambunctious dogs—a Boxer named Calvin and two Huskies, Marvel and Storm!
